To enjoy this album, you must first look past the obvous question - how old IS this guy? He was old when Ry Cooder introduced him to white america in Buena Vista Social Club, and that was years ago. So get over the initial shock, and accept that Senor Ferrer has still got it. You don’t need to understand Spanish to feel the romance in his songs.
